For God so loved the world that he gave his one
and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal live. John 3:16 (NIV) |
What you'll need:
- 1 10-ounce package peanut butter crackers (miniature size)
- 1 11-ounce package of small pretzels
- 1 10-ounce package M&M's
- 1 18-ounce package candy corn
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
First things first; preheat your oven to 250 degrees F.
Next, mix the pretzels and peanut butter crackers and put aside. Then in a good-sized saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and the corn syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring it over medium heat and simmer it for about 5 minutes.
Next, remove from the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla and the baking soda. Then you'll need to pour the hot mixture over the pretzels and crackers and stir until everything is coated.
Transfer the entire mixture to a greased baking pan and bake at for 45 minutes. You should stir it every 10 minutes or so. Remove it from the oven and break it all apart while warm. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
After it's all cooled, transfer the mix to a large bowl and toss it with the candy corn and M&M's.
